Customer Success Manager (Danish speaking)

Global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA and others) are here to ensure that organisations are mindful of the personal data that we as individuals entrust them with. Companies must find ways to not only become privacy compliant with these laws but also maintain that status. It is a big challenge that is difficult, time consuming and costly.

Organisations now understand the scope of this continued challenge and are beginning to look for tools that can give them a realistic chance of maintaining privacy compliance.

Wired Relations has built a flexible and easy-to-use privacy management tool that allows organisations to maintain compliance in a smart and automated way. What organisations love most about our software is the structure and overview it provides, because it allows them to maintain privacy compliance in the most cost-efficient way.

ABOUT YOU:

You are an organised, customer-focused and fast-learning individual that has first-hand experience working with privacy regulations such as GDPR. You have the drive to take our customer success to a new level, establishing the organization around it, to ensure exceptional service for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will take the lead to bring the existing customer advocate role to the next level.
  • Ensure that every customer is onboarded in the best possibly way giving them an outstanding experience working with us.
  • Ensure that our customers continuously are involved in our product development.
  • Build a strong international customer success team in Copenhagen.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS degree (preferred in legal, finance or business).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Danish.
  • Familiarity with customer success.
  • Experience working with privacy regulations such as GDPR.
  • Comfortable conversing about privacy, compliance, GDPR and best practices.
  • Proactive mindset and upbeat personality, with strong organisational skills.
