Sales Manager with a new business focus and trustworthy attitude (Danish speaking)

Full-time in Copenhagen, Denmark

Global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA and others) are here to ensure that organisations are mindful of the personal data that we as individuals entrust them with. Companies must find ways to not only become privacy compliant with these laws but also maintain that status. It is a big challenge that is difficult, time consuming and costly. Organisations now understand the scope of this continued challenge and are beginning to look for tools that can give them a realistic chance of maintaining privacy compliance.

Wired Relations has built a flexible and easy-to-use privacy management tool that allows organisations to maintain compliance in a smart and automated way. What organisations love most about our software is the structure and overview it provides, because it allows them to maintain privacy compliance in the most cost-efficient way.

We are growing fast and are looking for skilled salespeople with an interest in winning new business by bringing forward knowledge and convincing organisations that Wired Relations solution is their best choice for achieving and maintaining privacy compliance. There is plenty of career perspective and your role in the company will grow with your success.

Being in a fast-growing start-up a lot of your time will be spent on you personally undertaking sales activities. This means taking over the leads generated by Business Development or the Marketing team, delivering product demos, engaging with customer stakeholders, delivering demos, and bringing the deals to successful closure. Experience with establishing and leading sales teams is a requirement. Ideally, you have a background in new business sales from another SaaS subscription business or it-software sales with short to medium length sales cycles. An understanding of it-offerings that help customers improve their processes, compliance or other aspects that involve handling risks or legal requirements will be an advantage, but it is not a requirement.

With a high degree of responsibility and freedom, you will be tasked with:

  • Personally, sell Wired Relations’ offerings to prospects in Denmark.

  • Manage the sales team consisting of sales executives and business development representatives.

  • Understand and succinctly communicate the Wired Relations value proposition and drive revenue growth through conversion of leads to closed deals.

  • Grow the pipeline and achieve high monthly conversion rates by being able to challenge the status quo.

  • Drive sales effectiveness via continuous coaching, process improvements and other qualitative enhancements.

  • Work with the CCO to plan and execute international expansion.

  • Ensure continuous close collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success and Product Development.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Danish. You are comfortable pitching Wired Relations to executives and domain experts.

  • Experience from working with new business sales is a requirement.

  • Experience with sales coaching of teams and individuals.

  • Solid understanding of how to use CRM and Marketing tools to support the sales efforts.

  • Comfortable conversing about privacy, compliance, GDPR and best practices is an advantage, but not a requirement.

  • Experience with international sales is an advantage.

  • Proactive mindset, upbeat personality, and strong drive.

  • We value international profiles and expect you to be fluent in Danish and English. Danish as first language is a requirement for this position given the current strong sales focus on the Danish market.

You get to be part of a fast-growing start-up company where everybody lifts their part to help evolve the company. You will work with high levels of freedom and responsibility, where you will be a key player at the table when future sales strategies are developed. You will be part of a team with lots of enthusiasm, cooperation, and a great team spirit.
